Update! 10/11 – Silas has been adopted and is in his settling in and support period!
These puppies are part of the S litter who joined us from the Chatham Islands. Raised from a working dog background, they have had a positive start to life and are already showing lovely temperaments and great potential as future family dogs. Silas, the Tan and white boy is a confident outgoing people focused boy so far!
The litter travelled to Christchurch via charter flight and were placed straight into foster homes, giving them a calm, supportive environment to begin learning and settling into family life. This early care has helped set them up well for their next step.
Now around 9 weeks old, they are vaccinated and ready for adoption. As with all puppies, they will need ongoing training, consistency, and time to grow and develop. They would be best suited to homes that understand the commitment of raising a puppy and are keen to invest in their learning and confidence.
These puppies could be a great match for families wanting to add a new companion and are prepared for the joys and challenges of the puppy stage.
