Meet Demi
Demi is a sweet, outgoing, and confident young boy who’s been thriving in foster care. He’s currently living with another young dog and absolutely loves having a playmate. He’s also been introduced to cats and has learned to respect their space.
He’s doing really well with his toilet training, sleeps through the night, and happily settles for naps during the day. Demi has picked up all the basics, travels well in the car, and is overall a fun, easy-going companion.
Demi did have a bit of a rocky start with some gastrointestinal issues, which he has now fully recovered from. Because of this, he can be a little sensitive with handling at times. He’ll need a patient and understanding owner who can recognise and respect his boundaries while continuing to build his confidence in a positive way.
Due to this sensitivity, Demi would be best suited to a home with older, dog-savvy children who can interact with him calmly and respectfully.
