More about Percy
Meet Percy
Percy is a four year old Jack Russell with plenty of energy, a friendly nature and all the character you would expect from a little terrier!
Currently in foster care, Percy loves meeting people and is always happy to get stuck into a game. He is looking for a family who will enjoy daily walks, playtime and giving his busy little brain something to do.
Percy has previously lived happily with other dogs and children, so he could suit a home with a well matched canine companion and dog savvy children aged eight and over. He has also lived with cats, sharing the couch and enjoying their company, so a confident cat could be an option with careful introductions.
He is crate trained, although he has not used one much recently, and his previous owner reports that he is not destructive at home. He has been comfortable spending two to three hours alone, but will need time to settle into his new home and routine.
Like many Jack Russells, Percy has an adventurous streak and a voice to match! Secure fencing will be important, as he has previously taken himself off to visit neighbouring dogs. He would love someone who can offer at least a 30 minute walk each day, along with opportunities to sniff, explore and play safely.
Friendly, playful and full of terrier charm, Percy is ready to find a home where he can be part of the family.
Could Percy be your new best friend?
