More about Beanie
Meet Beanie, an 14-month-old Chihuahua cross arriving through a private surrender. She has been loved and well cared for, and her owner is sad to see her go. Beanie has grown up alongside her four siblings, her mum, and her dad, who recently passed.
Beanie is very fearful and will need a home where she can be the centre of attention. It will take a long time for her to be comfortable around her new family.
She will do best with an owner who can build trust slowly and help her learn the basics, including lead walking, feeling safe around new people, and gaining confidence in everyday situations. We will offer support to help you navigate with the first few weeks.
She has seen a cat but has never had a formal introduction. Her previous owner feels she may be tempted to chase. Beanie will only be suited to a home with 16+ year old children
