Meet Minnie!
Minnie is a sweet, cuddly, and pocket-sized Bull Terrier cross who’s just arrived from the Christchurch City Council Shelter. At four years old, she’s ready to leave shelter life behind and find the warm, loving home she deserves.
Minnie has some orthopedic issues with her toes and knees, no surgery is required at the moment but could possibly be needed in the future, she will need gentle exercise.
Short in stature but big in personality, Minnie is a true social butterfly. She’s already zooming around the paddocks with her doggy friends and charming the whole team with her affectionate nature. She’s a classic Bull Terrier—sometimes strong on the lead and full of character—but eager to learn and please.
Minnie is still working on her lead manners and has not yet been tested with cats, though we think she shows promise. She may be a great fit for a home with children, as she’s learning the art of “four paws on the floor” like a pro!
With winter approaching, we’d love to see Minnie tucked into a cosy, stable home where she can snuggle up and shine.
