More about Thorn
Thorn is a 1 year and 2 month Collie mixed breed that recently arrived from the Ashburton pound.
A few things to know about me:
Thorn is a fairly new arrival, so we are still getting to know him.
Personality: Sweet, friendly, and eager to please, Thorn will thrive in an active household where he can run, play, and explore.
Children: Due to his bouncy fun-loving nature, dog savy children would be best
Training: Being a collie mix, Thorn needs a home that can fulfil his physical and mental needs. He is food and toy focused which makes training fun!
Social skills: We are still in the process of introducing Thorn to different dogs but we have found him to be social, he does need guidance on how to approach dogs calmy and can get over excited when he see’s them.
Cats: Thorn is suited to a home with a cat
Ideal home: An active home who will continue to progress his training and has ability to help Thorn build up to longer days at home.
