You may arrive at the venue from 9am, but no later than 10am (late arrivals cannot be permitted on site for health and safety reasons).
You must follow the directions of the Marshalls while your vehicle is on the property.

For health and safety reasons, your vehicle must remain in its allocated space, or moved into the parking area by 10:15am and until after the event finishes (1:30pm). A Marshall will give you the go-ahead to leave.
You must depart the venue by 2.15pm.

Suggestions
You’re welcome to bring a small gazebo to place over your car (please ensure it’s secured in case the wind gets up and that it doesn’t impact neighbouring vendors).
We recommend you bring your own trestle table, picnic rug and/or groundsheet to display your items on, and a chair to sit on.
You’ll need to bring a cash float in a bag or container so you can give customers change, or a fully charged mobile Eftpos.
Remember to bring a hat and sun block.
