Rigby is a bright-eyed, loving 9-month-old Collie cross with a big heart and even bigger energy! Originally from a farm in Timaru, this spirited pup is full of curiosity, charm, and enthusiasm for life.
Rigby is the kind of dog who thrives with an active, engaged owner. True to his herding roots, he needs plenty of physical and mental stimulation—whether it’s daily runs, scent work, agility training, or interactive games with his favourite toys (he loves them!).
He’s a social butterfly who adores both people and other dogs. Rigby had been attending doggy daycare three times a week and has done brilliantly.
Rigby is toilet trained and sleeps well overnight in the house but he does still have some puppy chewing tendencies – it’s more of a fun game for you to chase him!
Rigby loves toy and food rewards and along with his smart collie brain – training is fun!
Due to his playful exuberance and size, Rigby would do best in a home with dog-savvy children who can handle his bouncy nature.
