More about Basil
**16/01/23 – Applications have closed for Basil as he is now on a settling in and support period with a family**
Basil is our handsome 18 month old Labrador x Huntaway who recently came into our care from a private situation (due to not fault of his own). He is a a sweet boy who is great with people, dogs and cats. He is best suited to a home that can offer some daytime company (with the ability to build up his hours home alone) as Basil loves to be with people and become a little destructive if he is left home alone for long hours.
Basil has lived with an older female dog and 2 cats in his previous home and would be suitable to be homed with another dog or cat. He can be a bit boisterous and jumpy at times so is best suited to a home with older dog savvy kids. We believe that Basil would make a great addition to a family.
