Meet Betsy, our lovable 5 year old Beardie x who came into our care from the Selwyn District Council Shelter. Betsy absolutely adores people and wants nothing more than to give you a kiss or to roll onto her back for tummy scratches. She absolutely loves to ride around in the car and would love an owner who would take her on their errands or when traveling.
Betsy has recently gone into foster care and loves being in a home. Her personality has started to come out and she’s even playing with toys now. She is very well behaved and tidy in the home. Betsy’s not so keen on other dogs but her foster Mum says that her reactivity is improving around some dogs on walks which is fantastic. Betsy is not suited to a home with cats or other small animals.
