Update 6/2/2024 – Dixie is now in her new home**
Our gorgeous Dixie is a 3 year old Boxer X who came into our care from the Ashburton District Council. Dixie might have a resting ‘grumpy face’ but don’t let this put you off, she is the sweetest dog! She is amazing with people and would love to be doted on in a loving home that provides her a never ending supply of snacks (this is her personal request

).Dixie has socialised well with other dogs here at the shelter (Medium/Large, Male and Female dogs). Our walkers say that she is a joy to walk and our staff find that she is the perfect office dog.
