More about Dixie
Dixie is our beautiful 3 year old Female Boxer x who recently came into our care from the Ashburton District Council Shelter. This girl has had a rough start to life with being on a chain and fed only scraps. Despite her rough start, Dixie is a very social and sweet girl.
She has been great meeting all of our volunteers, loves to have a snuggle and is a little bit treat obsessed. Dixie is generally dog social and has been great with a range of other dogs. She wasn’t so keen on a young puppy but puppies can a bit annoying sometimes right? We do not know what she is like with cats or other small animals.
