More about Misty
Misty is a one-year-old Husky cross who recently came to us from the Christchurch City Council Shelter. She’s full of life, love, and classic Husky energy—playful, curious, and always up for a good sprint around the yard!
Since arriving, Misty has quickly made friends with the other dogs and is already a favourite among the team. She’s social, affectionate, and thrives in the company of both people and other playful dogs.
She’s in great health, already desexed, and ready to find a home where she can enjoy plenty of exercise, enrichment, and love. Like many young Huskies, Misty will need an active home that can offer daily walks, mental stimulation, and structure to help her continue to grow into a well-rounded adult.
Not suited to a home with small animals or cats
As she’s still new to us, we’re learning more each day about what kind of environment will suit her best—but what we do know is that she’s an absolute delight with huge potential.
