More about Nate
** Update 17/02/2024 – Nate is now in his new home**
The handsome Nate came into our care from the Christchurch City Council Shelter after waiting patiently for 4 months for a space here. We can see why the team at the CCC shelter loved him, he is an absolute gentleman. Nate is a 5 year old American Bulldog x.
Nate has been great with everyone so far and was a dream to handle at the vets. He’s already got some basic training under his belt and knows sit, down, shake and rollover, such a clever boy! He has been a great socialiser with some of our female dogs here at the shelter. He is quite a cruisy boy and just likes to hang out. Nate could go to a home with bold cats, providing there is slow introductions and good management.
Nate would do best in a home that can offer some daytime company.
We’d love to see him in go into his forever home soon as he has spent far too much time in the shelter environment already.
