Introducing Sandy, our gorgeous 2 year old Staffy x who recently came into our care from the Christchurch City Council Shelter. She can be a bit shy when meeting new people sometimes but once she warms up to you, she will shower you with kisses and cuddles. She also absolutely loves to play with her toys.
We haven’t had a chance to socialise her with other dogs here at the shelter but she did socialise well with some young male dogs at the CCC shelter. She can be quite vocal with other dogs when she plays! We are not sure what she is like with cats or other small animals.
