** Update 5/08/23 – Ami is now on a settling in and support period with a family**
Miss Ami is our 1 year old Huntaway X who recently came into our care from the Christchurch City Council Shelter. Ami has the sweetest nature, loves everyone she meets and just wants to be come close to you for a cuddle.
Ami has socialised well with another female dog and a young puppy here at the shelter which she loved. We have cat tested her and found she was quite scared of the cat when she was hissed at so she could definitely live with a cat providing there is slow introductions and good management in the home.
