Introducing the irresistibly charming and spirited Dakota, a 10-month-old Collie mix currently bringing joy and a touch of mischief our shelter.
Dakota is the epitome of fun, always eager for interaction, whether it’s with humans or his canine companions. As a young pup in the less stimulating environment of the shelter, his enthusiasm sometimes leads him to be a bit grabby with anything he can get his paws on—be it toys or leads. However, we’re confident that with a loving home that provides ample exercise, mental challenges, and enrichment, these overzealous behaviours will quickly become a thing of the past.
He’s proven to be quite the social butterfly among a diverse group of dogs, and continuing his socialization will only enhance his joyful demeanor. Dakota promises to bring endless fun and adventure to a family ready to invest in his growth and happiness. With the right guidance and slow introductions, Dakota could live with cats.
