More about Onyx
** Update 18/09/2023 – Onyx is now on a settling in and support period with a family**
Meet our handsome boy Onyx, a 1 year old Collie x who came into our care from the Christchurch City Council Shelter. This young lad is a social and playful dog who loves to get cuddles from our staff and volunteers. As he is still in the ‘teenage’ age, he still needs to learn some basic manners but is a fast learner as he LOVES treats.
We haven’t had a chance to socialise him here at the shelter but he did socialise well with other dogs while at the CCC shelter. Onyx passed his cat test with flying colours and could live a cat providing that there is slow introductions and good management.
